Because you can flip the comfort layer, the Plus offers two feels in one bed: a balanced medium-firm and a more supportive firm. It has the cushioned foam feel Koala is known for, with good motion isolation for couples, though as an all-foam mattress it lacks the bounce and airflow of a spring hybrid.
